Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage and upload premium property listings across major platforms including Zoopla, Rightmove, and On The Market
  • Handle sophisticated lettings processes through the Goodlord platform, including tenant referencing, data management, and contract administration
  • Conduct professional AML compliance checks and sanction screenings using IAM Property Move Butler system
  • Manage incoming property inquiries and coordinate viewing bookings through the innovative Vuber platform
  • Oversee critical property documentation including gas and electrical certificates with systematic uploads and tracking
  • Handle client communications including instruction letters and professional correspondence
  • Ability to create prospecting canvassing letters
  • Support invoicing processes and assist with VAT return preparation
  • Monitor tenancy renewals and ensure seamless property management transitions
  • Create engaging social media content to promote properties and agency services
  • Maintain meticulous records across all platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance
