AU Mortgage Broker Support Officer (Remote) to join the team to support one of our biggest clients offering Mortgage solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping clients navigate the home loan process. You’ll assist with loan applications, liaise with lenders, and provide vital support to our brokers to ensure a smooth experience for every client.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in completing home loan applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with lenders and financial institutions to submit and negotiate loan applications.
  • Stay up to date with mortgage and real estate trends to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and keeping clients informed.

  • You have strong admin skills and experience using Microsoft Office products.
  • You understand the standard documents lenders require (payslips, income statements, etc.).
