Project Governance: Implement and manage effective project governance, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of delivery quality by implementing appropriate methodologies, best practices, and tools for project execution.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in delivery and mitigate them effectively by managing issues, changing requirements, and delivering solutions that meet client needs.
Resource Planning & Management: Manage resource allocation and utilization for multiple insurance domain projects, ensuring the right skills are available at the right time.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the insurance domain. Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all account-related matters.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio. Work with the sales and marketing teams to generate and secure additional revenue streams.
Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the client within the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and helping guide them through digital transformation initiatives.
• Account Strategy: Define and drive the strategic direction for assigned accounts, ensuring the alignment of delivery with the client’s business objectives and long-term goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with senior client stakeholders to report on delivery progress, challenges, and upcoming opportunities.
