MSP Sales Engineer

This is a remote position.

• The Sales Engineer will be responsible for processing orders on our Quoter and ConnectWise Manage platforms and procuring products from our distributors. This person will work closely with our project, account management, and sales teams to ensure all client expectations are met. There will be some client discovery calls and emails to ensure the solution meets their requirements.
  
• Additional duties include:
  
• Annual renewals for SonicWall, SSL Certs, KnowBe4, and other annual services.
  
• Keeping up with product training. The team uses a specific solution stack.
  
• Training the internal team on new products, features, and general price points.
  

• Technical experience with an MSP for at least 3 years. Knowledgeable about servers, Office 365, Azure Cloud Solutions, networking, etc.
  
• Experience with ConnectWise Automate (or any other RMM) and Cloud Radial is helpful to ascertain the client's current solution.
  
• Knowledge of MSP quoting software (Quoter, ConnectWise Sell, QuoteWerks, etc.) is helpful but not necessary.
  
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and ability to meet timelines.
  
• Procurement experience is helpful.
  

• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
  
• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
