  • Oversee day-to-day execution of multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.

  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, customer services and other stakeholders to define priorities, scope, and delivery timelines.

  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

  • Identify and remove roadblocks to keep teams productive and motivated.

  • Track project progress, manage risks, and report status to leadership.

  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, team workflows, and delivery practices.

  • Support career growth and performance development for engineers on your teams.

  • Background, 6 plus years, in software engineering (experience as a software developer, engineer, or similar role).

  • Experience overseeing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of modern software architectures, particularly microservices.

  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
