What You’ll Do

  • Transform architectural and structural drawings into precise, buildable formwork designs using AutoCAD 3D.

  • Optimize designs for material efficiency and structural integrity.
  • Troubleshoot design challenges and provide expert support throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in formwork design, construction, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills.
