About the role

How is the success of a person in this role defined?

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer who combines strong visual design skills with creativity, efficiency, and a digital-first mindset. This role calls for someone highly autonomous, comfortable working across a variety of formats—including video scripts—and fluent in AI tools that enhance the creative process.

What is the impact and scope of this position?

This role will have a high impact within Simetrik, as the person will be responsible for raising the visual quality of the website, which will serve as one of the main tools for sales and brand visibility. They will also contribute with technical graphics and illustrations for the blog, success stories, and high-value content that will be shared across multiple channels. The designer will play a key role in the visual evolution of the brand and participate in global campaigns alongside the marketing team. Additionally, they are expected to become a design reference within the team and help raise the bar for other designers, while integrating effectively with the video team.

In this role you will

Lead the creation of technical graphics and illustrations for the website, blog, and other digital assets.
Ensure high visual standards, without requiring corrections on basics like typography, color, layout, or composition.
Act as a senior design reference, capable of constructive dialogue with the creative director and mentoring junior profiles.
Collaborate closely with the video team (Rafa and Roberto) and contribute to improving visual storytelling in that format.

Solid understanding of AI tools for creative tasks (e.g., image generation, automation, enhancement).
Highly autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented.
