Summary of Role:
As a Senior Product Manager at Swimlane, you will own key initiatives across our platform, application marketplace, and services offerings. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, support, design, marketing, and sales to define requirements, shape the roadmap, and deliver capabilities that align with our business objectives and customer needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, data-driven environment and is passionate about building impactful products.
Responsibilities:
- Align product development with Swimlane’s vision and mission by collaborating with internal stakeholders to define priorities and ensure execution matches business objectives.
- Deliver meaningful product outcomes by identifying opportunities, writing clear requirements, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to release.
- Work closely with engineering and design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs, validate solutions, and gather feedback to inform future development.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive offerings, and technology developments to help position Swimlane’s products effectively.
- Support go-to-market teams with product positioning, documentation, enablement, and customer-facing materials.
- Contribute to the evolution of product management best practices at Swimlane, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; year-for-year experience may be substituted for the degree.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of driving complex B2B or enterprise products.
- Experience in cybersecurity (e.g., SIEM, SOAR platforms) is preferred.
- Exposure to automation, integration, marketplaces, or highly composable platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly proficient in interpreting behavioral, financial, and engagement data to guide decisions.
- Proven ability to clearly communicate complex ideas, requirements, and designs in documents and presentations
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building solutions that solve real problems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a startup mentality.

The salary range for this position starts at $180,000, and this position may be eligible for a variable compensation opportunity. This will be discussed in the recruitment process.
