As a Business Analyst, you will take the analytical lead in shaping the future of a brand new game squad. Working alongside a compact, talented team of creatives and developers, you’ll be at the forefront of decision-making-translating data into strategy.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze large, complex data sets to solve business questions and be a data-oriented users behavior expert.
  • Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies based on users' behavior analysis.
  • Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and players' experience.
  • Coordinate with designers and product teams to execute monthly events and promotions across all our game platforms.
  • Recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues.

Requirements


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a related field.
  • At least 4+ years’ experience in B2C or 2+ years in Gaming Industry analyzing large datasets centric role
  • B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or an equivalent background.
  • Strong SQL with experience in querying large complex data sets - must have.
  • Experience with BI Visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) - must have.
  • Vast knowledge in A/B testing including statistical methods
  • Work experience analyzing large datasets in an Analytics / Product / Monetization centric role- Advantage.
  • Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) – Advantage.
