Technical Translator

Position Summary

Rimini Street provides support and software updates for issues, application fixes, regulatory compliance, taxation updates, payroll updates and much more.

The position is responsible for translating/interpreting service delivery communications between clients and Global Team as follows;

  • Translating cases from clients to the Global Team : Mandarin to English
  • Translating responses from the Global Team to clients : English to Mandarin
  • Translating documents related to marketing materials, such as press releases, sales presentations and technical materials
  • Understand and follow support processes and respond quickly and appropriately to translation/interpretation requests

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth knowledge of translation
  • Assist the Support team with translating activities related to support cases
  • Work closely with the global support team to ensure adherence to high quality communication with clients
  • Support general affairs such as document copying and event assistance.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Administration, Accounting, Economy, Foreign Studies, or Law.

Over 10 years of extensive experience in translation activities.

Strong translation skills between English and Mandarin.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
