Job description

Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager
Permanent Remote | Full-time

StaffRight is the premier outsourced staffing agency helping businesses grow worldwide. We're on the lookout for loyal and motivated rock stars to join our rapidly growing team! With competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off (including national holidays), and a supportive HR crew that’s got your back—you’ll love being part of Team StaffRight.

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our fast-growing sales team. This is not a sales role — instead, you’ll be the go-to person for building systems, streamlining workflows, and creating the infrastructure that helps our team move faster and smarter.

If you're someone who loves data, thrives on process, and enjoys optimizing the tools behind the scenes, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll work closely with leadership to turn strategy into structure — integrating platforms like NetSuite, Zapier, and Apollo, building dashboards, automating tasks, and keeping the engine running smoothly.

We’re especially looking for someone who has worked in consumer goods, physical products, or CPG — and knows how to bring order to complexity in a high-growth, lean environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and optimize all sales operations processes and systems end-to-end
  • Design and maintain reporting dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel, NetSuite, and other tools
  • Connect and integrate lead gen, CRM, and sales platforms (e.g., Apollo, Playmaker, Google Sheets) using Zapier or similar tools
  • Pull reports from retailer and distributor portals; improve data automation and accuracy over time
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics — including ROI on wholesale ads, fill rates, and seasonal campaigns
  • Support backend administrative tasks: SKU setup, pricing updates, buyer forms, and submissions (e.g., Walmart)
  • Translate strategic initiatives into operational processes, workflows, and SLAs
  • Maintain clean, accurate data across platforms to support reliable reporting and accountability
  • Build connections across systems spanning eComm, wholesale, and retail — including 500+ Walmart stores and grocery/independent retail partners
  • Create tracking systems that provide visibility into the sales pipeline and revenue performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years in revenue operations, business operations, or sales systems management
  • Experience in consumer goods, physical product companies, or CPG (strongly preferred!)
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite CRM — especially dashboard creation and integrations
  • Strong proficiency with Zapier or similar automation tools
  • Advanced Excel and GSheet skills — you know your way around pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
  • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

💰 Competitive Compensation
We offer a salary range of up to Php 60, 000 - Php 75, 000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications, for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Your expertise is valued, and we ensure your efforts are fairly recognized and rewarded.
