Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time Investor Network Manager to scale, optimize, and professionalize our investor relationships within Clever Offers.

Our Offers platform helps sellers get competitive, fast cash offers by matching their homes with vetted real estate investors. We’re now scaling the network behind that system—and looking for someone to lead the charge.

In this high-impact role, you’ll grow and manage a high-performing network of investors, improve match quality, and build scalable processes that increase both speed and satisfaction across the experience.

Key Responsibilities

📈 Investor Engagement & Growth

  • Recruit and onboard new investors to improve geographic and buy-box coverage
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-performing investor partners
  • Set and enforce expectations for response time, communication, and professionalism

🛠 Process Development & Optimization

  • Create and document SOPs for outreach, onboarding, testing, offboarding, and re-engagement
  • Build scalable communication templates (email, SMS, phone)
  • Establish network health protocols and quality control processes

🔍 Data Analysis & Match Quality Improvement

  • Monitor investor performance and optimize lead routing logic
  • Analyze buyer behavior and match data to recommend improvements
  • Track and report on core KPIs like Match Quality Score and close rates

🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with your team and Ops to test and launch systems and automations.
  • Advocate for automation or tooling improvements that benefit investor operations
Ideal Candidate

You’re an organized and data driven operator with an ability to keep partners accountable and grow relationships remotely. You love building scalable processes, digging into data, and problem solving. Bonus if you’ve worked in real estate investing, proptech, or marketplaces.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years in operations, partnerships, sales, or account management
  • Real estate investing or proptech experience is highly preferred
  • Proven experience managing B2B relationships or vendor networks
  • Strong communication and follow-through—you keep things from falling through the cracks
  • Comfortable using data and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable)
  • Experience standing up new processes or systems from scratch is a plus
What We Offer

💰 Base Salary: $50,000
🎯 On-Target Earnings: $70,000
🚀 Max Performance Pay: Up to $90,000
