RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers, build contact lists, and initiate outbound outreach strategies.
  • Cold Calling: Engage prospects via phone calls, introduce company offerings, qualify leads, and build rapport with potential customers.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up with prospects through strategic communication and relationship-building efforts to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and calls between prospective customers and the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Email & Text Support: Respond to inquiries, send follow-ups, and manage conversations via email and text to maintain engagement with prospects and clients.
  • CRM Management: Log interactions, track leads, and update records in CRM software to ensure efficient workflow and data accuracy.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies and sales approaches.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or a similar sales-driven role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
