What you’ll do:
The Media Technology Manager manages a team that will set up ad campaigns in Google Campaign Manager 360 (GCM, CM360), create floodlights for website tracking, and ensure flawless delivery of all tagging for vendors and programmatic. The ideal candidate is a digital advertising enthusiast with a high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. The Trafficking Manager will work closely with the Spring & Bond Client Services team.
Your responsibilities:
Oversee the launching, trafficking, QAing and optimization of digital (video and display) ad campaign in Google Campaign Manager 360
Task management and processes via Asana
Troubleshoot creatives based on ad specifications and guidelines required by Google Campaign Manager 360
Oversee the creation, set up and QA’ing of floodlights within Campaign Manager 360
Diagnose and troubleshoot campaign anomalies, performance issues, and reporting discrepancies
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and increase efficiency
Pull 3rd party delivery reports and screenshots; identify and investigate 3rd party discrepancies as necessary
Your experience:
College degree and 4-6 years of ad operations experience at a digital publisher, AdTech company, or media buying agency
Proficiency in Google Campaign Manager, including trafficking and troubleshooting display and video ad creatives/tags
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Project management tools (Asana, Wrike, ClickUp, etc.)
Understands the basics of digital media, including SEM, Programmatic, Social, etc.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
