Job Summary

The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal strategic role in leading ISC’s B2B and DTC marketing efforts. This individual will not only manage a marketing team and key vendor relationships but will also ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with the company’s ambitious growth goals. The Director will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, performance measurement, and the continuous optimization of our marketing technology stack to ensure insight-driven decision-making.

Position Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals across B2B and DTC channels.
  • Own the full marketing funnel — from brand awareness and demand generation to customer retention and advocacy.
  • Lead market research and customer segmentation to inform messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel campaigns (email, social, paid media, SEO/SEM, influencer, events, and partnerships).
  • Ensure consistency across brand messaging and voice in all channels.
  • Leverage analytics and performance data to iterate on campaigns in real time and deliver measurable ROI.

MarTech and Data Analytics

  • Optimize and manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, MAP, analytics tools, automation platforms).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align tools and data flows for lead management, attribution, and customer insights.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools for content personalization, automation, and predictive analytics.

Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing alignment and impact.
  • Manage external agencies, consultants, and freelancers as needed.

Brand & Content Strategy

  • Drive development and execution of brand strategy across channels and audiences.
  • Oversee content strategy and production, ensuring alignment with SEO, storytelling, and business goals.
  • Champion the brand internally and externally to ensure consistent expression across all touchpoints.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and leadership.
  • Proven strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute complex marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.

The next role is Senior Director. 

 

 

The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.

ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

National Pay Range
$120,000$150,000 USD
