Requirements

What you’ll own and run with:

  • Pipeline creation: Build and execute a marketing strategy that consistently generates qualified pipeline from our tiered target account list
  • Campaign leadership: Run full-funnel campaigns (email, social, events, G2, direct mail) with a mix of speed, creativity, and control. You’ll balance marketing-led and joint sales/marketing plays
  • Paid media direction: Partner with our agency to set targets, briefs, messaging, and audiences. You’re not pressing buttons, but you’re fully accountable for performance
  • Experimentation: Launch V1 tests that are simple, fast, and grounded in clear hypotheses. Build on what works, ditch what doesn’t, and always be learning
  • GTM collaboration: Work closely with Sales and GTM Ops to coordinate outreach, measure results, and evolve the playbook
  • Performance tracking: Know what’s working and why. You’ll own the analysis and narrative behind results, with support from GTM Ops

Who you are:

  • 5–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3+ years in demand gen or growth-focused roles
  • You’ve owned pipeline targets before, and you’re hungry to do it again
  • You move fast, figure things out, and don’t wait around for permission
  • You love getting campaigns out the door, testing bold ideas, and iterating with intention
  • You keep things simple for V1s, and make them smarter with each version
  • You know how to partner with Sales, GTM Ops, and agencies to drive results (not just activity)
  • Tools like HubSpot, Clay, HeyReach, and Keyplay are second nature to you
  • You’re humble, collaborative, and bring energy (no ego) to the team
