Job description

We are currently hiring a Director of Marketing who will have total responsibility for operations, reporting and performance of the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel National Lead Program.

Essential Functions of Director of Marketing:

  • Develop a high performing team with a positive, uplifting culture.
  • Lead by example and develop a team that succeeds by embodying our company values
  • Set and clarify requirements and expectations to team members
  • Measure performance, provide feedback and hold team members accountable for their performance and the performance of their projects.
  • Optimize all current lead sources, drive strong performance.
  • Continually research and implement new ways to generate leads.
  • Manage overall operations, technology infrastructure and data analytics for the National Lead Program.
  • Establish and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee content creation for all advertising and lead generation.
  • Develop tracking to measure performance by vendor, campaign, sub campaign, advertisement and time period.
  • Continually work for maximize conversion performance of landing pages.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize the value of the program
  • Drive program to continued year over year growth while maintaining dealer marketing cost targets.

Requirements of Director of Marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred
  • MUST have 10+ years of professional experience designing and executing lead generation marketing campaigns.
  • Experience developing high performing teams.
  • Experience managing a growing marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital Marketing team Leadership
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
