Key Tasks:

Administration of corporate IT infrastructure services.
Implementation and automation of business tasks using technical tools.
Maintaining the operability of current projects and assisting in launching new ones.
Increasing the efficiency of working with the current service stack.

Main Areas of Responsibility and Duties:

Managing the company’s corporate IT infrastructure.
Connecting, maintaining reports, and paying for IT services.
Supporting services in Google and Microsoft tenants.
Ensuring continuous monitoring of product resources and responding to incidents.
Ensuring product security and availability using corporate tools.
Troubleshooting technical issues with services and products.
Purchasing and configuring domains, working with DNS records.
Searching for and implementing effective infrastructure management methods and improving current processes.
Implementing and automating business tasks using technical tools.
Working with the knowledge base, spreadsheets, and documentation; actively maintaining and keeping them up to date.
Working with APIs and service integrations.
Deploying websites and landing pages.
Creating accesses, user groups, and policies.
Deploying scripts and assisting with their development.
Basic knowledge of working with hosting providers and servers, with proper escalation of requests to higher levels.
Writing technical specifications for developers and DevOps engineers.

Experience and Required Skills:

Experience with task managers and ticketing systems.
