Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a senior executive within a fast-paced, finance-focused team. This role is central to helping the executive stay organized, manage tasks effectively, and maintain clarity across multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Triage emails and assist with inbox management.
  • Track tasks and follow up on pending items.
  • Prepare agendas and take notes during Zoom meetings.
  • Conduct online research and handle ad hoc tasks.
  • Book flights and accommodations as needed.
  • Maintain CRM records and support basic data entry.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in executive or administrative support.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Slack, Gmail, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Calendar.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic comfort with financial information and terminology.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience managing or updating a CRM system.
  • Prior experience in a finance, accounting, or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with US tax terminology.
  • Familiarity with Karbon software.
