Job description

We are seeking a skilled Localization Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee various localization projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing project plans, and resolving any issues that arise during the localization process.

  • Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving client projects/jobs/quotations and analyzing the requirements.
  • Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources, and quality control
  • Creates and controls localization project budgets, performs cost tracking analysis, ensures timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices, and approves work reports.
  • Prospect and target new clients/opportunities.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline.
  • Achieve assigned revenue quota.
  • Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Conduct on-site and remote presentations to potential clients.
  • Represent Bayantech at trade shows, expositions, and conferences when necessary.
  • Conduct visits to current and prospective clients

Qualifications:

  • 1:3 Years of experience, preferably in the translation and localization field
  • Tech Savvy
  • Experience in business development is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent presentation/communication skills, with the ability to present the localization life cycle to clients
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven abilities in project planning, resource, and risk management
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Quality and detail-oriented
  • Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
