Role: Junior Enterprise Architect
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term (contract-to-hire)

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries)

We are seeking a Junior Enterprise Architect with 2–4 years of experience to support the design and visualization of scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of architecture principles and is familiar with tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms. You will work closely with senior architects, business analysts, and technical teams to diagram solutions, model business processes, and contribute to our evolving enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design and maintenance of enterprise architecture models across various domains (Applications, Data, Business, Technology)
Create architecture diagrams, process flows, and system interaction maps using tools like Lucidchart or Visio
Assist in mapping how applications, systems, and data flows connect across the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals
Participate in the development and documentation of architecture standards and best practices
Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX, Signavio, ServiceNow)

Required Skills & Experience:

2–4 years of experience in enterprise or application architecture roles
Strong understanding of at least one architectural domain (Application, Data, Business, or Infrastructure)
Ability to visualize complex systems and translate them into clear diagrams and documentation
Hands-on experience with diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart (required)
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience with tools like LeanIX, Signavio, or ServiceNow (preferred)
Awareness of IT infrastructure and networking basics is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives or enterprise modernization projects
Certification or training in EA tools or methodologies (a plus)
