About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Protection Engineer to support complex transmission, generation, and distribution projects across North America. This role offers the flexibility to work fully remotely or from any of our offices while collaborating with a top-tier team on high-impact utility and industrial projects, including conventional and renewable energy systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct advanced protection and coordination studies for substations and T&D systems.
Develop protection schemes, calculate relay settings, and support NERC compliance.
Perform arc flash studies, short circuit analysis, and time-current coordination.
Integrate relay protection with SCADA systems.
Serve as a technical lead on projects and mentor junior engineers.
