Responsibilities
  • Scrum / Support Master

  • Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Scrum / Support Master to join our team. The idealcandidate will have experience in project management using agilemethodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. This role will act as a facilitatorbetween the development team and clients, ensuring effective communication,requirement gathering, and development oversight. The Scrum / Support Masterwill be responsible for collecting and analyzing metrics, ensuring the execution ofrituals, removing obstacles, updating control tools, conducting root causeanalyses, and maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication between the development team and clients togather requirements and provide updates
  • Oversee the development team’s progress through the collection andanalysis of metrics.● Ensure the execution of Scrum rituals and ceremonies.
  • Remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
  • Update and maintain project management and monitoring tools.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Conduct onboarding/offboarding activities.Availability
  • Must be available from 2 PM EST to 11 PM EST to support the client in theUnited States and Canada, and interact with the team in the United Statesand Brazil.

  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Certifications such as PSM (Professional Scrum Master) or CSM (CertifiedScrum Master).
