Scrum / Support Master

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scrum / Support Master to join our team. The idealcandidate will have experience in project management using agilemethodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. This role will act as a facilitatorbetween the development team and clients, ensuring effective communication,requirement gathering, and development oversight. The Scrum / Support Masterwill be responsible for collecting and analyzing metrics, ensuring the execution ofrituals, removing obstacles, updating control tools, conducting root causeanalyses, and maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate communication between the development team and clients togather requirements and provide updates

Update and maintain project management and monitoring tools.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Conduct onboarding/offboarding activities.Availability

Must be available from 2 PM EST to 11 PM EST to support the client in theUnited States and Canada, and interact with the team in the United Statesand Brazil.
