What You’ll Do:

  • Warmly welcome guests and deliver attentive, friendly service throughout the event
  • Set tables and event spaces according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
  • Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions
  • Clear dishes and glassware efficiently to maintain a tidy environment
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down the event space before and after functions
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and event-specific details
  • Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing event needs
 
Qualifications

Education & Experience:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous banquet or food service experience is a plus, but not required
Additional Requirements:
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and potential overtime
  • Must be able to work in areas with secondary smoke, bright lights, loud noise, and dust
 Required Certifications:
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Alcohol Certification
