Location: This position will be hybrid, with opportunity to work full remote after training as well as in our La Grange, KY office.

 

About the Opportunity

As part of the Payment Integrity Distribution team, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all member, group and provider letters, as well as the automated letter process used in the method of completing investigations for our Payment Integrity, Subrogation and Drug Claim Payment Integrity Divisions.

 

What you’ll do

  • Implement new letters, create and configure letter templates for member, group and provider communication.
  • Execute pre-written queries in SQL to pull information and understand relationships between SQL tables pertaining to letters.
  • Change letter templates as requested by business and clients.
  • Create letter cycles for automated letters.
  • Develop letter sets for new implementations.
  • Follow Client guidelines on use of their logos (i.e. placement, size, and color).
  • Maintain knowledge of proper letterheads, logos and footers that should be used for all clients.
  • Backup for ACT support (internal system), Client reports and processes and auditor reassignments.

 

What experience you bring (Role Requirements)

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the work. 
  • Ability learn multiple internal computer systems.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to change and demonstrate flexibility. 
  • Professionalism in dealing with Management, Analysts and Client Success.
  • Data entry experience preferred.
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel.

Pay range: $23/hour - $26/hour. This is a non-exempt position.  Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set and years of experience.
