Job Description:

  • Customer Support for the spare part business
  • Customer communication related to lead times
  • Support of price calculations and quotations
  • Order processing for spare parts
  • Proactive monitoring of spare part orders
  • Support in spare part process optimization
  • Interface to all departments involved
  • Securing promised delivery time
  • Responsible for escalations to reach the lead time
  • Responsible for internal and external reporting of the spare part business at one key customer
  • Leading the customers consignment stock at the Grenzebach warehouse

 


Requirements:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field
  • Well structured, organized and independent way of working
  • Willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Basic knowledge of business administration
  • Technical understanding would be beneficial
