The Role
As a member of our team, your role will involve designing tools and features that provide a foundation for brands and creators to collaborate effectively. You will be working alongside a team that is shaping the future of #paid, and exploring strategies for scaling the platform to accommodate a wide range of use cases.
As a Staff Product Designer, you'll have significant ownership and impact across the platform. You'll lead the evolution of our design system, work on high-impact features that drive revenue and user experience, and help grow our design practice and culture. You’ll also be tackling unique challenges in the creator/influencer marketing space that few designers get to solve, all while working in a startup environment that has both product-market fit and massive growth potential.
