Job description

This is a remote position.

As our Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other platforms to boost bookings and brand awareness. Your expertise in targeting Muslim travelers and leveraging cultural insights will ensure our ads are both effective and compliant with halal values.


Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and manage paid campaigns for user acquisition, retargeting, and brand awareness.

o Target audiences based on interests

o A/B test ad creatives, CTAs, and audience segments to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

2. Budget Management:

o Allocate budgets efficiently across platforms to meet KPIs (cost per booking, CTR, conversion rates).

o Monitor daily spend and adjust bids to optimize performance.

3. Creative Collaboration:

o Partner with content creators and designers to produce ad assets (static, video, carousels) that align with Islamic guidelines (modest imagery, no alcohol references).

o Localize ads for Arabic and English-speaking markets, including RTL (right-to-left) formatting.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

o Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads Manager.

o Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for the marketing team and founder.

5. Compliance & Innovation:

o Stay updated on platform policies and halal certification standards to ensure ad compliance.

o Experiment with emerging ad formats (e.g., Instagram Reels Ads, TikTok Spark Ads).

· 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads for Meta, Google, or TikTok.

· Proven track record of driving conversions (e.g., app installs, e-commerce sales, bookings).

· Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and bid strategies (CPC, CPM).

· Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic to create and localize ad copy.

· Understanding of Muslim traveller preferences and cultural sensitivities.

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to pivot strategies based on data.
