Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid break

Role Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Ad & Social Media Manager to take the lead in driving our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing a significant monthly ad budget and leading a team of marketing specialists across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in paid advertising, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering high-performing campaigns. Excellent English and communication skills are essential, as we’re looking for standout professionals who lead with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a large monthly ad budget across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
  • Lead and oversee a team of ad specialists and social media managers
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ads
  • Track performance, analyze data, and report on campaign results
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform changes

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in paid advertising and social media management
  • Experience managing at least £5,000pm or peso equivalent ad campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms
  • Data-driven, with strong skills in analytics and reporting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bonus: Experience in eCommerce or D2C brands, and tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot
