Job description

This is a remote position.

Senior Legal Recruiter
Location: Remote
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience.  Commission = 33% of placement fee


About the Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Legal Recruiter to join our team and lead full-cycle attorney recruitment efforts across top Am Law firms and in-house legal departments. You’ll play a key role in developing talent strategies, deepening client relationships, and delivering a white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring partners.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage attorney searches from intake to placement

  • Build and nurture relationships with law firm and corporate legal department clients

  • Source top legal talent through direct outreach, referrals, and networking

  • Advise candidates on the lateral market, compensation, and career strategy

  • Guide clients on hiring trends, candidate evaluation, and competitive positioning

  • Collaborate with leadership on business development and market expansion


What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of legal recruiting experience (agency or in-house)

  • Deep knowledge of the legal industry and lateral hiring landscape

  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to close high-stakes searches with precision and professionalism

  • JD preferred but not required

Salary:

Commission rate 33% of placement fee
