This is a remote position.
What You’ll Do:
Own and manage attorney searches from intake to placement
Build and nurture relationships with law firm and corporate legal department clients
Source top legal talent through direct outreach, referrals, and networking
Advise candidates on the lateral market, compensation, and career strategy
Guide clients on hiring trends, candidate evaluation, and competitive positioning
Collaborate with leadership on business development and market expansion
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of legal recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Deep knowledge of the legal industry and lateral hiring landscape
Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close high-stakes searches with precision and professionalism
JD preferred but not required
Commission rate 33% of placement fee
