El Customer Experience Integration Specialist se encarga de recopilar especificaciones técnicas de forma clara, concisa e inequívoca para explicar las ventajas y desventajas de las opciones que conducen a la solución final, y de crear soluciones alternativas como plan de respaldo. Este puesto trabaja para obtener la certificación de profesional a experto, a la vez que desarrolla conocimientos empresariales.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Diseñar, instalar y configurar sistemas audiovisuales adaptados a las necesidades de los clientes, garantizando su integración con otras infraestructuras tecnológicas y el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos.
Brindar soporte técnico especializado, incluyendo diagnóstico, resolución de problemas, capacitación a usuarios y documentación técnica relacionada con la operación y mantenimiento de sistemas.
Instalación y configuración de equipos audiovisuales como proyectores, sistemas de sonido y herramientas de videoconferencia.
Comprensión de diagramas detallados de instalación del sistema, planos técnicos y documentación.
Redactar informes y propuestas, y completar y mantener la documentación del proyecto.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

Sólida experiencia en soluciones y servicios AV.
Conocimientos en CX e infraestructura AV.
Experiencia con AV control systems como Crestron, Extron o AMX.
Certificaciones CISCO en Colaboración y/o Audiovisual Network Professional Certification.
Experiencia con Ingeniería de Implementación, manejando y gestionando proyectos.
