What’s the Job?

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic HR Business Lead to join our HR team and help drive our growth and culture forward. In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to business leaders across the organization, with a focus on enabling high performance, fostering employee development, and scaling people practices that support our dynamic tech environment.

What You’ll Do?

  • Partner with department heads to align people strategy with business needs and growth plans
  • Lead core people processes such as performance reviews, talent calibration, engagement surveys, and succession planning.
  • Act as a culture champion, coaching leaders and supporting teams through organizational change and growth.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related matters for employees and managers
  • Develop and implement scalable HR processes, frameworks, policies, and performance metrics
  • Lead globally the Learning and Development domain.
  • Create and implement an L&D strategy to align with business goals and enhance company performance.
  • Plan and manage the L&D yearly calendar to ensure a balanced approach between learning needs, employee experience, and dedicated hours.
  • Build and scale employee training programs, focusing on career growth & critical skills development , as well as leadership development initiatives.
  • Use data to drive insights around retention, engagement, and performance; identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry best practices and bring innovative HR ideas to the table.

What You Bring?

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP in a tech or high-growth startup environment.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record of delivering impactful programs.
  • Deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including org design, coaching, talent planning, and performance management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical thinking and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities — growth mindset is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); experience in global teams is a bonus.
