About The Role

Are you passionate about turning data into real-world impact? At Sensi, we’re looking for a sharp, data-driven thinker and doer to join our product team. As our Product & BI Analyst, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll unlock insights that shape how we build, deliver, and scale products that make a difference in people’s lives. You’ll be at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy—empowering teams across the company to make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions.


Key responsibilities

  • Support BI efforts across teams: Help design accessible dashboards, reports, and data models to support the Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
  • Track and analyze performance: Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor KPIs, highlight anomalies, and identify trends in user behavior and product engagement.
  • Work with data hands-on: Write SQL queries, explore product data, and contribute to event tracking plans alongside the R&D team.
  • Build and improve reporting tools: Assist in building and maintaining intuitive dashboards that surface the right insights to the right people.
  • Drive a data-first mindset: Help advocate for data-driven thinking throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Near-Graduate student: You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with just 2–3 semesters remaining. You can dedicate at least 60% of your week (3–4 days) to dive into meaningful work and make an impact.
  • Data-Savvy Thinker: You’ve already spent some time working with data—whether that’s in BI, product analytics, or a data analyst projects. You know how to extract insights that matter. Experience working with product teams or tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude is a plus.
  • SQL Fluent: Strong familiarity with SQL and at least one BI or data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Python is a bonus.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You bring a curious mind, and care deeply about getting the details right.
  • Communicator at Heart: You express ideas clearly and confidently, and you enjoy collaborating across disciplines to turn insights into action.
  • Self-Starter in Motion: You’re proactive, adaptable, and excited by the pace of change. You don’t wait to be told—you seek out ways to contribute and grow.
