Currently for our entity SSC in Skawina we recruit SSC Finance Leasing Administrator

Your challenges:

  • Be familiar with the Assets Finance lease structures such as finance leases, operating leases, synthetic leases, conditional sales, and the implications related to each transaction
  • Obtain credit line approvals with focus on challenging credit situations
  • Lead negotiations and finalize lease transactions in alignment with company policies (incl. read, analyze and interpret Finance leasing documentation on how it relates to the corporate leasing principales to resolve business inquiries and/or internal leasing needs)
  • Establish, foster and maintain strong working relationships with the leasing companies, to improve the overall experience specific to the Assets Finance lease servicing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all leasing topics, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Take ownership with the Leasing pipeline internal follow-up (Purchasing, Project and Industrial teams), to anticipate the credit line facilities and ensure timely leasing process launched
  • Assist the leased equipment delivery process (Insurance, Customs support in part of coordination with the responsible departments)
  • Monitor and manage leased asset portfolios, tracking performance, incl. leasing contractual documentation amendment in case of the leased assets modifications (upgrade, extension, etc.)
  • Ensure all leasing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies such as the correct recording in IFRS and statutory books.

  • 5+ years experience in Finance
  • Strong understanding of lease structuring, financial analysis, and credit evaluation
  • Work experience with Assets Financing or Commercial Leasing 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust internally and leasing partners
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives
  • Team oriented, collaborator, demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Languages: Proficient English. Others - as a plus
