Responsibilities
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while ensuring adherence to agile best practices
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment that bridges gaps between developers, administrators, and subject matter experts
Support product management in backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring user stories meet the Definition of Ready standards
Provide comprehensive status reporting, metrics collection, and maintain accurate JIRA documentation
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, including API limits and storage considerations
Guide the team's understanding of Salesforce development and configuration while addressing platform-specific blockers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Technical background with understanding of Salesforce components and configuration
Experience with Salesforce Experience and/or Financial Services Cloud is preferred
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Scaled Agile methodologies
Strong facilitation skills for leading effective meetings and workshops with excellent verbal and written communication
Working knowledge of software development practices, including CI/CD, unit testing, code review, and testing processes
Experience with DORA metrics, delivery SLAs, and proven ability to identify and resolve impediments
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while maintaining structure
Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite (Tue-Thu) at EPAM offices in US locations (Malvern, Charlotte, Dallas). Working hours aligned with EST/EDT
