Multi-site manager or large property experience required
This position is a hands-on supervisor role.
Responsible for all bill payment, rental collections, maintenance, leasing and all onsite operations
Performance-driven, an eye for detail, and self- starter
Build marketing plans and implementation of marketing campaigns
Leadership skills with a focus on building and mentoring a solid team of high performers.
Proven track record with a focus on lease-ups or renovations highly desired
Customer Service orientated- a high performer in online positive resident reviews
Organized and able to process and delegate administrative work to be completed timely
Experience in Real Page Onesite, CRM’s, and other property management software
Must have a minimum of 7-10 years in the multifamily industry with at least 5 of those years as a property manager.
Evening and weekend work required occasionally

The Houston Apartment Association is a professional trade association serving a broad cross-section of the Houston apartment industry. Membership includes apartment owners, builders and developers, management companies and product and service businesses that serve the industry. A nonprofit association, HAA is the largest and most progressive apartment association in the country.
Manager must have proven experience in stabilizing a conventional property. Experience in marketing and lease up. Knowledge in Real Page Suite to include Onesite and CRM is also required. Position is available immediately.
