Are you a skilled and reliable handyman who enjoys making things work and helping people feel at home? We’re looking for a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to keep our residential communities running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform repairs in occupied and vacant apartment units (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliances, etc.)
• Get apartments "rent-ready" during resident move-outs and turnovers
• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance service requests
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Keep shared spaces clean, safe, and in working order (hallways, laundry, exterior areas)
• Monitor and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with property standards
• Assist with after-hours emergency maintenance as needed (on-call rotation)
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or handyman work (apartments or residential housing preferred)
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and basic appliance repair
• Good communication and time management skills
• Able to work independently and solve problems on the fly
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with apartment turnovers and property management
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical certification a plus
