Our members are discerning, high-spending individuals who rely on Atlas for insider access, curated service, and unmatched reliability.

In just 12 months, we’ve scaled to over $X00,000,000 in spend volume — growing double digits month-over-month, organically and without paid marketing.

We’re backed by world-class investors and have multiple years of runway ahead. Our team is lean, senior, and fast-moving, with experience at Apple, Robinhood, DoorDash, and leading startups.

How You Will Contribute

Reservation Management:

  • Efficiently handle reservation requests for our members, successfully securing reservations at top tier and in-demand restaurants world wide, focused on our core markets of New York, South Florida, and Europe.

  • Leverage expert industry knowledge to offer personalized recommendations tailored to members' inquiries and in line with their preferences.

Relationship Building + Partnership Development

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with in-demand restaurants with an initial focus on New York, Miami, and Paris; ensuring priority access and seamless experience for our members.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to explore partnerships and exclusive offerings with in-demand restaurants.

Stay Informed:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, new openings, and changes in the dining landscape.

  • Regularly update the team on noteworthy events, promotions, and culinary experiences in your primary markets.

  • Deeply understand the Atlas product and our Member’s needs to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless member experiences.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a concierge or client services/relations executive in a high-touch membership, dining/hospitality, or luxury services capacity.

  • Proven experience working with high-net worth clients to provide remarkable experiences and exclusive access.

  • Proven experience excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members and align with restaurant operating schedules.

  • Ability to properly prioritize against competing needs.

Bonus

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other SaaS communication platforms.

  • Additional industry contacts and restaurant knowledge in Los Angeles, Aspen, and beyond.

Disposition

  • Passion for hospitality and dining; generally interested in the restaurant industry.
