What you'll do:

As a Technical Support, you will be responsible in assisting customers with installing, setting up, and resolving issues related to varies of Security system, example: Dahua CCTV and Intercom systems, UNV CCTV, Bosch alarm system

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Answer phone and email inquiries regarding installing, setting up and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and remote access via TeamViewer, to address and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Ensure availability during Australian National Business hours in Sydney and Perth, with the responsibility to escalate unresolved issues to the Australian Tech Team.
  • Establish and maintain metrics to measure performance and customer satisfaction, adapting as negotiations progress.
  • Foster a personalized tech support relationship with customers, avoiding the use of a ticketing system to maintain a human-centric approach.

Successful candidates must have:

  • Experience in supporting Dahua and UNV CCTV cameras and recorders, with familiarity in Dahua intercoms considered a plus.
  • Strong background in IP networking, especially in the context of video systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
