Job Title: Project Manager - PAID ADS/SEO

We're seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Project Manager to lead paid media and SEO campaigns from strategy to execution. You'll bridge the gap between creative, performance, and client teams ensuring every deliverable is on time, on brand, and on target.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project timelines for Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) and SEO campaigns

  • Coordinate internal teams (Creative, Digital, Strategy, Dev) to deliver high-quality work

  • Track project milestones, task dependencies, and resource needs using tools like ClickUp or Instagantt

  • Ensure deliverables align with campaign KPIs, timelines, and platform specs

  • Act as a key communicator between stakeholders and clients

  • Oversee QA, testing, and reporting workflows to ensure accuracy

  • Identify blockers early and lead solutions

  • Monitor project profitability, resourcing, and delivery quality

Requirements

- Proven experience in digital project management, ideally in an agency or performance marketing setting
- Familiarity with paid media and SEO workflows and best practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using tools like ClickUp, Instagantt, Google Drive, and Slack
- Understanding of KPIs related to paid search, paid social, and SEO
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
