Key responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum events such as Quarterly Planning, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospectives as needed.

Manage daily Scrum activities, including Stand-Ups and updates to metrics like burn-down charts and velocity.

Create and communicate the project organization structure and project plan to align team members and stakeholders.

Plan and implement Scrum methodologies within the organization.

Contract Description

We currently have a contract opportunity for an Agile Coach - Contractor to lend specific subject matter knowledge in agile scrum methodologies.
Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed such as: Quarterly Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives
Facilitate daily Scrum activities and metrics such as: Stand-Ups, updates to burn-down spreadsheets and charts, velocity, and backlog reviews
Creates project organization structure including identification of key project team members and their roles and develops and communicates the project plan to align project members and stakeholders.
Plans Scrum implementations within the organization

Qualifications

Agile Coach with 8+ years of experience having worked on large transformation initiatives·
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able Contribute to agile CoE
Worked in a regulated industry a plus
B.A./B.S. or international equivalent
Advanced agile or scrum certifications a plus
