Experience in Kafka Capacity planning, installation, administration/Platform management and deep knowledge of Kafka internals
Strong knowledge and experience with the Kafka Connector, KSQL, schema registry, etc
Experience with serialization formats such as apache Avro
Develop Enterprise's Apache Kafka Distributed Messaging and Integration Ecosystem
Strong operational background running Kafka clusters at scale
Strong understanding of Kafka broker, connect, and topic tuning and architectures
Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals as related to Kafka performance
Hands-on Kafka architecture expertise especially around Kafka clusters and integrations
Ability to effectively mentor individuals on the Kafka environment and best practice considerations
Preferable experience with Confluent version of Kafka and related components
