Job Location:    TV Support Center - MISSION VIEJO, CA
Position Type:    Full Time- Hourly
Education Level:    2 Year Degree
Salary Range:    $24.04 - $31.25 Hourly
Travel Percentage:    None
Description

The Junior Data Analyst will play a key role supporting our data-driven business decisions, maintaining our practice management system, and assisting with daily office administrative tasks.

Data Analytics (70%)

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from Practice Management systems (e.g., Acuity Logic and Crystal PM), CRM tools, and business platforms.
  • Build reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across clinic locations.
  • Assist in forecasting and trend analysis to support business planning.
  • Present findings to management with clarity and visualizations.
  • Calculate and report commissions for clinic team members.

System Administration (25%)

  • Monitor and maintain API dashboard, alerting management immediately of any issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of insurance plans.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions for internal systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot reported system errors and escalate as needed.

Office Administration (5%)

  • Support the daily administrative functions of the corporate office.
  • Greet visitors and accept deliveries throughout the day.
  • Responsible for maintaining and ordering office supplies.

General:

  • Ensures compliance with all HIPAA/HITECH requirements as legally required and all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills including 10-key.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
