The Integrated Marketing team connects Antares’ insights, brand, and offerings to key audiences through data-driven, content-rich engagement across digital and wealth channels. As the Content & Engagement Specialist, you will help bring our thought leadership and brand to life through digital content, social media, email, and web channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, managing digital calendars, and shaping how a brand shows up across platforms. You will work closely with the Integrated Marketing lead and collaborate with Investor Relations and Communications to tailor messaging for both financial advisors and institutional audiences.
Responsibilities
Amplify the Antares brand and thought leadership through engaging, well-crafted content delivered across digital channels.
Develop and maintain content calendars for social media, email, and web channels.
Create and distribute posts for LinkedIn and other digital platforms — including both organic and paid content.
Write, edit, and proof content for digital campaigns, newsletters, social posts, digital placements and other marketing materials.
Support SEO strategy through keyword analysis and collaboration with content and vendor partners.
Coordinate lightweight creative production (e.g., video clips, podcast snippets, web updates) with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Help ensure brand and message consistency across all touchpoints.
Monitor content performance and collaborate on ideas to improve engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
5–8 years of experience in content marketing, digital engagement, or related roles
Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with social media publishing and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Sprout, Hootsuite)
Experience supporting email campaigns, including content and basic platform coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfort collaborating with internal teams and agency partners
