Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage installation teams for AV, security, and automation projects
• Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration across platforms
• Collaborate with project managers to execute project scopes efficiently
• Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians
• Maintain documentation and compliance with safety regulations
• Interface with clients to ensure high satisfaction and system functionality
• Keep current with new technology and participate in ongoing training
  
  

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AV, security, and automation installations
• Proficiency in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Relevant certifications (OSHA, manufacturer-specific, etc.) are a plus
