Reports to: Director of Technology Planning
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues reported by end-users, adhering to standard operating procedures and known solutions.
Maintain accurate records of each reported issue and its resolution in the ticketing system.
Update the knowledge base with new solutions, troubleshooting steps, and frequently asked questions to facilitate self-service options for end-users.
Collaborate with IT support team when issues require advanced technical expertise or further investigation; assist or take the lead with IT projects as needed.
Provide courteous, professional, and timely communication to end-users, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Clearly explain technical concepts and steps in non-technical terms.
Upgrade, install new computers, and repair/reimage existing computers.
Upgrade, install new computers (Mac & Windows), and repair / reimage existing computers.
Follow inventory protocols for tracking of all equipment.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Participates in on-call rotation for emergency support phone queue during off hours.
Rewrite IT rooms to optimize space and functionality.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience in IT field.
IT-related certifications preferred (bonus points for A+ Certification!).
Ability to wire Ethernet networks.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
Knowledge of MacOS, iOS, Windows 10/11 Pro, Windows Server 2019.
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively over the phone and in a team environment.
Must be able to work and learn in a fast-moving environment.
The salary for this full-time role is $80,000.
