Job Summary

Levy creates millions of memorable guest experiences across some of the most iconic locations in the country. The role of Social Media Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all social media collaterals, maintaining brand voice, and reporting on media strategy KPIs. Partnering with other Levy venues to deliver value through engagement with guests and partners on multiple social media channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Barclays Center/Forrest Hills social media profiles and other mixed media collaterals including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok & Twitter
• Facilitate creator partnerships/collaborations
• Create content for properties including photography for local accounts
• Strategically plan and schedule daily posts
• Assist with onsite photoshoots
• Provide teams with sample photo guides and social media best practice guides
• Manage Sprout Social account
• Prepare weekly reporting documents highlighting key insights and progress to goals
• Foster community on the platforms by engaging with followers, creators, and influencers through comments, direct messages and responsive content
• Create targeted Facebook and Instagram ads
• Provide management with feedback both positive and negative, to enhance the guest experience
• Attend and cover events with the goal of producing compelling content that captures attention
• Behind the scenes Instagram stories
• Perform other duties as assigned.
