As the Senior Manager of Growth Strategy and Operations, you will be responsible for driving strategic priorities across the department to ensure our business achieves its financial targets. Your responsibilities will include managing a significant marketing budget, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement, creating and implementing strategies to optimize processes and workflows, and measuring the effectiveness of new initiatives.
