Job description

Director of AI Interim Consulting - Remote

 

We are representing a rapidly expanding global executive search firm, who exclusively focus on providing executive talent to private equity backed software companies, undergoing major transformation and growth.

 

With two areas to the business – Executive Search & Campaign RPO Search; they have had 100% growth in the last 24 months with a specific increase in the number of Campaign Search clients they have onboarded, as well as an increase in the number of senior level appointments made at their multi-billion-dollar software clients.

 

To supplement the growth and strengthen their already very successful business; they are looking to appoint a Director of AI Interim Consulting to build a unique practice in one of the most cutting-edge areas in the technology world, within a highly reputable brand with a strong client base.

 

Operating with a differential level of detail, complexity, quality, and speed, to deliver the world-class end-to-end search process to their clients globally; they are looking for a Director to build the Interim team and lead the business in bringing to market their AI Interim offering.

 

With a strong knowledgeable of AI, focusing on Interim appointments, you will have a passion and desire to offer the highest level of service. You will work closely with their existing client Private-equity owned SaaS network, whilst also harnessing strong relationships with commercial partners, interims and contractors.

 

 

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

 

• Work with urgency and efficiency, but never at the cost of the high quality delivery associated with the business.

• Build strong relationships with potential interim candidates so they trust us to take them to market

• Conduct due diligence, including reference checks, to ensure the quality and reliability of partners

• Be highly consultative with clients

• Be highly knowledgeable about AI and keep up-to-date with the very latest trends

• Make the effort to quickly understand the industries within which the business operate

• Lead the development and maintenance of an accurate, up-to-date and well maintained Interims database

• Manage own workload, and prioritise tasks and roles to ensure efficient delivery and best commercial outcome

• Help identify wider new business opportunities for the business and be able to talk with knowledge and authority about all our service offerings including Executive Search and Campaign Search

• As a Senior Member of staff; lead by example in terms of energy, tenacity and quality of work.

• With support, be responsible for our internal Interims infrastructure, ensuring we are compliant with legislation for interim appointments.
