Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original, compelling content.
  • Ensuring content crafted by writer is human-written, eliminating the use of AI.
  • Develop content for landing pages, blogs, information pages, product descriptions, and more.
  • Assisting in the development of content for advertising campaigns.
  • Proofread own content for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Edit and update existing content to improve readability – subject to Account Manager/client request.
  • Consider client tone and audiences when crafting content for projects and campaigns.
  • Use search engine optimisation (SEO) best practice and strategies in writing to maximise the online visibility of a clients’ website. 
  • Provide high quality customer service and effective communication to all clients (as required.).
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously throughout a set monthly retainer period.

Requirements
  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics with a strong focus on content writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Strict adherence to the style guides and publication policies of each client.
  • Excellent time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
